Find the right loan

We prepare and submit your application
We then gather your documents and prepare everything before submitting to the lender.
We handle the hard work and keep you updated every step of the way.

Pre - approval
Now that you have your pre - approval, it's time to go house hunting.

Find your property
Once you've found the right property that adjust to your pre - approved amount, we'll work with your lender and solicitor to organise other finance requirements.

Formal approval
After the lender completed their final assessment your loan get formally approved.

Settlement day
