We understand that the ‘how much’ question is on the top of most people’s lists. With a few details, we can quickly find out which lenders will let you borrow the money you want.

How does Oak Financial Group find a loan that’s right for me?

Using our specialist software, your Oak Financial Group specialist can help you compare the loan products of 25 different lenders, quickly and easily. Your lending specialist will advise you on the loans that are right for your needs. We’ll review the details of each loan with you – and help you choose the one that’s right for you. We will explain clearly all the features and costs of the chosen loan and tell you how much the repayments will be.

Who organises the paperwork?

Your Oak Financial Group specialist will help you complete the loan application form. We will professionally package your application with all the supporting evidence/documentation and lodge it, in many cases electronically, with your chosen lender. Oak Financial Group has programmed each of the lenders’ lending criteria into its software so that you don’t waste time applying to a lender who will assess your application less favourably.

Do I deal with the lender or do you do that?

We’ll take the hassle out of the application process by managing it on your behalf – right through to settlement. We will help you with any questions that you may have and, if there are any problems, we’ll chase up the lender for you.

Is my personal Mortgage Specialist fully qualified?

All Oak Financial Group specialists are fully qualified and trained mortgage professionals who have undertaken to:

  • complete an intensive induction training, and pursue mandatory ongoing training in technical and customer service areas
  • meet our stringent service standards at all times
  • maintain FBAA accreditation
  • maintain professional indemnity insurance & external dispute resolutions services
